Abbey Blinds peace of mind guarantee
Within the first 2 years your blinds will be fully guaranteed for parts and labour defects without any quibble. Should a problem come to light then we we deal with it as promptly as if it were a new enquiry. We will ensure that any inconvenience will be kept to an absolute minimum and will not be happy until the problem is sorted.
Fortunately problems are so few and far between that we can confidently go one step further with our Customer's by offering an unlimited parts warranty on all of our blinds. After the 2 year parts and labour guarantee has expired we would simply ask you to bring any defective unit to our factory shop, leave it with us for a day or so, and all repairs will be made and defective parts replaced totally free of charge. No time limit, a totally 100% lifetime parts guarantee.
Should the 2 year standard guarantee have expired and the Customer not be able to transport the unit to our factory shop then we will of course still make the repair free of charge but a nominal call out fee will be made which will include pick up, delivery and refit.
Obviously blinds are not something that you will purchase on a regular basis, however we have always held the opinion that all custom is gratefully received and honored. We always want your experience of Abbey Blinds to be satisfying and something that stands out in your memory, we do not take your money and turn our backs if anything goes wrong.
The only exceptions within the guarantee coverage that we make is when problems are down to wilfull/avoidable damage or general wear and tear where the repair will be made at cost.
